Returns Eligibility

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging
The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use
Items returned without original packaging or accessories
Customized or special-order products (if applicable)

Refunds

Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
