At Watchland, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your watch.
To be eligible for a return:
The watch must be unused and in original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging
All protective films, tags, and accessories must be included
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team and provide your order number and reason for the return.
Our team will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on the payment provider.
